Meet Matt Redmore, one of your Labour Councillor Candidates for Central!
“Central ward is by far the best place to live in the city with so much to see and do.This however presents challenges unique to the area and I will work with residents to find solutions to these. I have worked for numerous charities as a fundraiser, including a homelessness charity in the South West, for nearly a decade and have led campaigns on national issues, so I know how to advocate for people and get things done. I’m running to campaign for more housing, give back to my community and to make Central a better place to live for everyone.”

Meet Sarah Swingler, one of your Labour Councillor Candidates for Central!
“I love that Central is such a diverse area, though recognise it has its share of problems. If elected as councillor, I have lots of experience to bring to the role: I’m an experienced businesswoman, a mum to three teenagers, and have worked at a charity supporting adults with learning disabilities. I used to run a Bristol-based media production company, and understand the pressures facing small businesses and the local economy. I believe in fighting to make a positive difference to everyone in my ward. I’m a roll my sleeves up person who likes to meet challenges head on.”
